Interactive Map of Events from the Tanakh (and more) – A tool from Herzog College, you can toggle time periods and layers on this map (which works a lot like Google Maps) to visualize events from the Tanakh, e.g., the route through the desert described in Bamidbar, territories of various peoples mentioned in the Miqra. You can also see the geographical locations of the Torah commentators on one of the layers.
Map of Biblical Commentators – From Al HaTorah
Map of Abraham Ibn Ezra’s Travels – I created this map to illustrate Ibn Ezra’s travels both in the Islamic world (prior to c. 1140) and after he left Iberia for Christian Europe (c. 1140 until his death in 1164) – link above goes to the full map. NB: It is built using Google Maps and so is based on current political boundaries.
